Views below of Tec-Form vertical blades dimensions –
The above drawings show dimensions and hole centres of the vertical blades of Tec-form (all 3 sizes) – it should be noted that the cap or top extender when fitted, forms an “eyelid” on the Tec-Form 40mm screed rail, which means that the apertures through the blades are restricted in the size of Dowels or Re-Bar that can be inserted through them whilst the cap or extender is fitted – therefore, a maximum of T12 (12mm) Re-Bar, or 14mm diameter smooth round bar, can be fitted through the apertures on this rail.
On the Tec-Form 80mm and the 125mm rails, up to T20 Re-Bar, or 25mm smooth round bar can be passed through the apertures.

The above drawings show dimensions and hole centres of the horizontal blades of Tec-form (all 3 sizes) – it should be noted that the Tec-Form 40mm screed rail has 22mm diameter holes through its base section, and that the Tec-Form 80mm and 125mm have 25mm diameter holes.
Please note* The Tec-Form Fixing Kit uses a 16mm diameter steel pin, which means that it will fit all rail sizes, therefore can be used for fast-track installation of the complete range.

Please note* Tec-Form rails, top caps and top extenders are all manufactured from the same material, which is a recycled/reclaimed Thermoplastic Polymer Compound, with property enhancing additives – for full details of Tec-Forms chemical resistance ability to other materials, please view the separate Chemical Resistance tables.
Both the Top Cap and the Top Extender can be removed once the concrete has hardened, and reused many times over… the resulting formed deep channel in the case of the Top Extender, and the exposed empty round channel at top of the Screed rail, where the rubber insert fits, can then be filled with a proprietary flexible joint filler if required.
